He'd had multiple episodes where he abused power, and acted like a dick to the userbase. Also, he didn't perform major upgrades on the (somewhat shitty) code he himself wrote. In fact he's dropped the project himself, personally. moot, after several warnings, just decided that enough was enough and banned/demodded him.
Also, I don't hang out in RH, but from what I can understand there was a famous episode where Shii was posting lolicon and then went back to RH to say "LOL GUYS LOOK AT THIS PEDO SHIT WHAT A LOSER". He was permabanned from SA for (very stupidly) playing along with a FYAD joke. Someone in FYAD came up with fake chatlogs where Shii confessed to be a pedo, and people started chiming in with their own additions. Shii found the thread and replied to it as if the allegations were true; then people found his site and noticed that the 404 was a badly drawn oekaki pic of naked Osaka. Shii removed it afterwards but people still had screenshots.
After a while of people creating FYAD sig dividers saying "PERMABAN SHII" and all sorts of threads and talks about it, elpintogrande permabanned Shii. However, it didn't stop there; CV had posted in the original FYAD thread, and even though it wasn't in Shii's defense the FYAD posters started ragging on him for being a professed pedophile anyway. They found any information they could about CV and Saber (Including the fact that Saber runs not4chan and CV mods it - a fact that Shii foolishly mentioned in the ADTRW 4chan thread), and pulled down all sorts of IRC chatlogs. As you all probably know, CV likes to talk about being a pedo a lot, and likes to make jokes about it. FYAD goons found all these references in RH's qdb and despite the admins' efforts to clean them out there were still a good number seen.
EPG was at first a bit hesitant to ban CV seeing as how he had been posting since 2000, but then Lowtax told him to do it so CV was permabanned. Within minutes, Saber was also banned for running not4chan. Chikushou saw all this going down and knew that they were going to find his shotaporn and so he suicided himself by posting it in the FYAD thread and was thus permabanned as well.
FYAD rejoiced at the fact that they "got rid of them fukken pedos", ADTRW mourned the loss of some of their more prolific posters, and RH just said "meh, they're still here anyway". However, this was notable as being a major episode where things you do off the forums can still have an effect on what happens to you on the forums.
