Why do people always compare the two? Other than sharing a living ship concept, both are different. One was a drama that recalled pretty much every plot point it had and turned itself into emotional entertainment.
Lexx was a dark comedy nearing a porno. Plus, most aliens were just human actors. Farscape did some crazy shit with puppets to make itself unique among other shows, and not just among the scifi ones.
Seriously, that's like saying Stargate was better just because it has wormholes too.
