Agree OP. I've noticed a dramatic decline in quality over the past few months; it really has become intolerable. Mods don't care, reporting doesn't work, we need to take action ourselves as a community to fight the problem.

Most of /tele/s good posters left a long time ago, the few of us that remain have to contend with the trolls a retards that now populate this board. I honestly don't know why I still come here, I guess I still have hope that /tele/ can return to it's glory days of past.

You or someone here could write a greasemonkey script to help ignore it if it really bothers you that much. Also, have you tried the IRC channel? Most of the things I report here on world4ch usually get taken care of. Especially heavy spam.
