The last time I watched Pitch Black, I went over to Wikipedia to clear some things up. A friend asked me about it just tonight, so I went back there. Something was fishy.
Last time, the description referred to the monsters solely as "grues". This time, however, it was as if the entire page were rewritten. Now the monsters are called "biorapters" for whatever reason.
Perhaps it means they are getting ready to revisit the grues, and they have been written into another script as bioraptors? Or maybe Vin Diesel made a statement calling them bioraptors? Or maybe some jerk on the internet decided it would be a good name for them and knew people on Wikipedia would fall for it.
I can find nothing through our friend Google. Can anyone explain this?
