ITT talk about good movies based on good books.
I just finished watching Silence of the lambs, this time after having read the book, and while the book is definitely better I still think the movie is good.
Fight Club is an even better example because I'd say that the movie is just as good as the book if not better.
And the last movie I can think of right off the bat would be American Psycho which I would say is a good adaption, all things considered.
A question about Silence of the lambs too. Does anyone know the name of the song that's playing while Gumb is putting on lipstick etc and saying "Will you fuck me"
