new notebook

hello i looked on newegg,amazon,google,ebay
but i cant seem to find a notebook that will let me,in order of importance:

1)
browse sites like youtube,encyclopedia dramatica and various site.
i would like to have like 15 tabs open ,but i f that is hard i could stick to 9.

2)
utorrents for movies and large zip,iso for my other main pc,

3)
emulate ps1 games with epsxe;


4)
watch movies in 720p (1080p would be good but is not a must)

5)
dueling network,
world of warcraft,
steam with dota 2,street fighter iv .




all that for a price under 700$.

i live in europe.

as of now im thinking of asus a55vj with 4gb ram and 500gb hdd but i'm not sure about the graphic cards..

if point 5) is too much,

You are asking for too much. Either get something with more than 8 gb of ram [with at least a single core 3mhz processor] and spend more or settle for a cheaper laptop with shittier stats and spend less.

Since everything posted here ages poorly, I'm not going to declare prices or link locations.

HP 2000-369WM. Comes with a 500GB HDD, so get a 750GB or 1TB hard disk to replace that shit with. Then boost the RAM to 8GBs (if you can afford to). The laptop is pretty cheap in price, but is built perfect like most of Hewlett-Packard's products.
