Anyone heard of Binfer?

I've found this program that people are saying is going to be the new method to send/share large files. I don't know if anyone else has heard of it. It's called Binfer.

It supposedly sends files directly from computer to computer and other mobile devices, hence removing any middleman approach. There is also the clam that since files do not sit on some third party servers, it is very safe and secure for private and confidential stuff and because of this direct approach there is no limitation on size and quantity.

I have no real problem with some aspects of conspiracy theories or similar ideas about 9/11 TRUTHS. I don't debate the scientific, architectural, or chemical evidence they argue. I don't really challenge any of those since I'm not educated in any of those fields. Sure, it makes sense that a building could be taken down by carefully aligned explosives at the right moment. I guess it's possible in some Tom Clancy-esque way that there may be BIG IMPORTANT SECRETS in some buildings that needed to be destroyed fast.

The reason I don't believe them is that we have a government that:
-Obsesses over sex yet can't even talk about penises and breasts without half the country going into a panic.
-Can't see that exponential overspending and increasing debt will eventually cause an economic problem.
-Literally does not understand that funding dictators always comes back to haunt them despite all history supporting this.
-Obsesses over gay guys having gay sex and gay marriage over everything else to the point where it makes or breaks elections.
