/tech/ - Iphone safari freezing on 4chan

For some reason today on any board i can scroll half way down and then it stops loading. Once this happend it freezes and i have to quit and re-open safari only to have it happen again. I have a 3gs and i have os 5.1.1 installed. Can somebody tell me whats wrong and tell me how to fix it please?

Same thing happening to me, and I use the Atomic Lite browser. When I back out of a thread, the address bar starts flickering with some address ending in .css then the whole browser locks up.

Fixed it by using Chrome instead of Safari.

Same on ipad2 for me. Keeps freezing. Changing between mobile view and standard makes no difference.

I don't have to close it if I minimize and open it back up, it comes up with no buttons, words or content for like 30 seconds, crashes back to a minimized state, and as long as I close the 4chan content whatever other sites stay fine. It must have something to do with the recent changes posted at the top.

I noticed this on my iPad starting last week and instead of choosing links like normal have been choosing Open In New Tab, waiting until the next page loads, and then closing the previous tab.

Happens all the time, so I started using Atomic Browser, it only crashes a few times. Safari crashes 80% of the time. It's probably due to some script or style on the boards.
