Well, if it's a well-programmed worm it will disable every single antivirus you have, the second you install it. The way to get past this is to download a LiveCD antivirus that runs before the OS even boots. I think Kaspersky has one for download on their website. You just insert it, go into your boot settings and hit boot from CD first, then boot from it and scan your computer. It should be able to find and remove any worms or viruses that you may have.
