It's not like he's going to host it in his room, use GoDaddy (they would take it down faggot). 4Chan is expansive, and moot needs a hosting service that self-expands. Like what CloudFlare does.
Look at it from his point of view. He pays GoDaddy $X,XXX/mo to rent a dedicated rack, plus an additional $XXX/mo for the adult content posted.
