hotmail account hacked

Guys someone hacked my Hotmail account and I contacted Hotmail support and provided as much information as possible and they returned it back. But when I tried to change the alternate email saved inside the email, a confirmation email is received by the hacker because he changed the alternate email to his when he stole before. Now, everytime, I get the email back he reset the password and steal it again. Can anyone suggest a solution?
