Every time, every video, every format.

The last time I had MPC on Windows 7 it never did this, but now it does it all the time. I have CCCP and everything, I'm using the latest player, so what the fuck?

Really? I've always had that problem, but it's not that big a deal to me. Also, for some reason the volume wheel on my keyboard doesn't work when it has focus.
