Okay I have a problem. I bought a box from this guy who use to work for cOmcast.
I paid $100 for this box and it worked for 2 weeks and I came home from work one day and it doesn't work anymore.
I went outside and checked the pole and the wiring and everything was intact and fine. I also still get cable tv.
As for the box, it's receiving the cable but not the Internet.
The modem is a ubee ds3.0 and I have no idea on a way to re configure it to the Comcast dns or connect it to the Internet at all.
