iPhone doesn't work

My iPhone stopped working suddenly. It just shows me the syncing sign and nothing happens. I even took the sim card out but nothing happened. What can I do? Help please! It's pretty new. I have to get it to work now :(

Take it back and swap it for an Android dude.
