Graphed Ping Times

I'd like to steadily ping a server and have the results organized on a graph so I can tell what times of the day my ISP gets overloaded and how severely it effects things.  I assume it would be easy to throw together a little script for this purpose.

Except I don't know how.  Anyone feel like helping?
