So I need some advice about buying a new gaming computer. Never built my own and never slapped down a ton of cash for a real one. Basically what Im looking for is something that will play Battlefield 3 on ultra out of the box for around 1.5k including monitor. Thought about making my own, was even looking forward to it, but then I saw these ibuypower ones that are sale that are actually lower than the parts themselves tend to be. So with that being said Im looking at this one/ibuypower HS 11 they have for $999. Comes with a GTX 570 1.2 Gig graphics card.
First question would be, since the sites built in 'can you play it?' thing says that that card can only play BF3 on high, not ultra, what card would be the better choice? And, now with not wanting to have to buy another 500 dollar card in 1-2 years to keep up with the games, whats the best way to go about SLI and crossfire? Better to buy a slightly lowerend one and then another in a year or two? Also need some advice from anyone whos used Wireless N Modules, are they good enough to replace wireless cards? I know lan is best, but I wont be able to have access to a cord for a while. Also looking into an SSD as a primary, now as far as I know, those are used primarily for OS drives and everything else (games, movies, etc) are put on a secondary normal harddrive.
