They're called IEMs.
For your budget, I'd recommend Beyerdynamic DTX 101 or Soundmagic PL-50.

Westone UM1 if you're willing to increase your budget.

Also, you might want to pay /g/ a visit not many people come to the text boards.

None of those are actually in my budget, but thanks anyway. It seems I should stay away from bigger brands like Sony and sennheiser when it comes to 'IEM's, is that true?
