Messed up bad

hey guys.. so im not very tech savy. A couple of months ago in February i bought the iphone 4 for verizon. soon after i decided to jailbreak it using greenpois0n. well today i tried to do a clean restore and pretty much bricked it. i erased all my media and programs and now the phone is stuck in an infinite boot loop. what can i do?

Building a computer for the first time, put in processor, miiiight have put it in backwards. How fucked am I?
followed neweggs tutorial on youtube, same socket type same motherboard, but the damn mobo splash screen and BIOS won't come up

let the battery die and then put in to restore mode. google it. it's not bricked
