uncap ipstar modem

Does anyone know how to hack and uncap a ipstar modem?

Hey /tech/ I could sure use a hand. So, I put together my first build and attach the monitor and the monitor doesn't detect any input. I try a different monitor, the one I am using now for a pre-built, and that one didn't work either. So, I knew the problem was in the case by this point. I called up tech support and they told me it was the graphics card. I sent in for a replacement card, but this one has the same issue. I highly doubt I received two defective cards one after the other. I still don't know what is wrong.
