Does anyone know how /rs/ works?

Does anyone have any idea how /rs/ picks up links? I've posted a few mediafire links but they never show up on /rs/....

Erm the submit button is for the search term.

It doesnt actually let you submit /rs/ links on there.

You can try if you don't believe me.
