Their site should be hacked to say that they have found the cause of the earthquake and that it was artificially induced by otaku and gaijin. And so they will cleanse Japan of otaku, gaijin (this includes gaijin with Japanese heritage) and gaijin otaku by putting their radioactive water in items given to otaku and gaijin.
If anyone does this they would have to do it in Japanese too.
