RAID on HHD?

Hay guys, I was wondering if you could help me out. I recently purchased a new laptop which can fit 2 SATA 2.5in drives, I want to get 2 drives and set them up on RAID 0. The drives I was looking at was the "segate momentus XT" and I wanted to know if it was possible to RAID a HHD? if not can anyone suggest a better Hard drive?
