I've got a music blog (public domain stuff) that someone keeps attacking, reporting, removing files, etc. The prick doing this is attacking other legal sites as well, but Blogger and the file hosting sites won't do anything about it.
Does anyone here have ideas? I'd like to out the jerk and expose them for what they are.

First of all is your blog actually hosted on blogger or do you have everything hosted on your own website... If its the latter just get his IP and ban him, problem solved.
If the former, just change where you are hosting your music files. Try filehosting sites that are in another language (and thus making it harder for the guy to report them) or you could get one of those free web servers like 000webhost or something similar. If you get a lot of traffic a paid webserver may be best if you can afford it.
