Hay all. Just looking for a general opinion; I was hired at my current job to solely do the design work for 3 separate business sites on 3 separate domains for the same employer. What they didn't tell me was that they were also expecting the following from me; maintain the SQL databases these online stores run on, manage the batching of their orders, manage the delivery of uploaded media to the company's designers (we put images on different materials here like canvas, slate and aluminum), monitor bandwidth and host space usage and make daily reports, work tech/customer support, communicate with analytics and promotional sites like Google and Groupon (and upload and check the 1000s of coupon codes sold daily), research and approval of professional accounts... I can go on and on... They pay me $14 an hour, and force me to "bank" any time over 50 hours a week. I just turned in my time sheet for the past two weeks, and I am not happy that I have to eat 80 hours of work.
I'm ready to tell my boss to shove this fucking job up her ass. For reference, what do you think I SHOULD be earning?

All that hard work and i sit behind a desk and bring the best ideas to put the company forward, and what do they do with my ideas you ask? STOLE THEM, TOOK CREDIT FOR THEM. I didn't even get a raise. I told my boss to go fuck himself you dirty goon. As i walked out for the last time i hacked into the network and spread a huge malware infection which brought their stock prices down. :D

It seems like they are trying to make you do the work of at least three other people (and positions as well). I would say it's not worth it if you're only getting 14 an hour and having to work tons of overtime. You can find better work at companies that don't fuck you over as much and isn't that really all we can ask for in the tech industry? Not to be fucked in the ass too hard? I mean it's going to happen wherever you go, but they can at least make it comfortable for you.
