hacking into my Computers on Wifi

just wondering how can i hack into my own Win 7 & Win xp. while on the same Wireless Network as them ?

They need to be running some sort of server software (and ftp or ssh server is ideal). Google up some Windows 7/XP security holes and exploit them to gain access to password-protected account.
