Hey, this game Sacred 2 is telling me I need PhysX.

PhysX is made by nVidia.

I have an AMD/ATI 6850.

What gives? Will this shit work? Or am I fucked here?

Yes it'll work, but it will be much slower on a AMD. If the game runs too slow, just disable physx in video options.
