Hello. I am inquiring about my current PC. It is an HP, Windows Vista upgraded to Windows 7. I forgot the exact information on the machine because I don't really give shit about it anymore and there is too much shit in the way to find the information but hopefully somebody can help me regardless. Anyway, it just seems not to respond to anything anymore. I had to switch my default music player from Winamp to Windows Media Player because Winamp always crashes. I would use iTunes, but I'm just not a big fan of it. Continuing on... I can't restart or shutdown my system anymore. It just hangs at either the logging off or shutting down screen. Everything just seems unresponsive anymore. Whenever I try to delete something, my computer literally reacts to the request at least 5 hours later. Sometimes I want to throw this computer out the window. It doesn't matter too much because I am getting a new one with more than twice the RAM for Christmas, but I would still like this one to work. Two PCs would actually be helpful to me. I can't just do a system recovery either because I have too many important files/software, including things from my college. I guess I'm just wondering what I can do to get my computer back to normal without eliminating the information.
