I have an IBM desktop and when I go to turn it on the loading and power light comes on, the fans for the CPU come on but it doesn't boot, it wont even go into POST, there are no error sounds and I've tried two different monitors and there still is no display.
The CPU gets warm so it's doing something it's just... not displaying at all.
I don't have any spare video cards that will work for this PCIe only system.
I'm thinking the on board video is fucked, but would there really be no error message? Also, isn't there a 'beep' letting you know that the system passed POST?
