My ISP seems to be blocking The Young Turks(internet news site)but i can access it with a proxy(although most proxies i try are blocked). Is this a common problem? And can i get around their blocks

May I add, "use SSL only on Tor if at all possible to stop nodes, which could be absolutely anyone, setting one up's almost a one-click business, MitMing you"? Also, which ISP is this? Many sites I'm involved with keep lists of censoring ISPs.
