Sony Car Stereo w/ USB

hey guys i dug around sony and /g/oo/g//g/le to no avail, does anyone have any experience with Sony Car Stereos with USB connectors?

Specifically I'm trying to find out if the USB connector is only compatible with an iPod or if i can plug my zune or netbook or laptop or whatever into it.

No experience with Sony specifically but a front USB is very probably compatible with all mass storage. iPods usually need explicit "ipod mode" support, due to their deliberately obfuscated filesystem.
