So I'm looking for an external HD for my laptop. I have a 2.5" SATA cage that I used to transfer some files from an old laptop to this one when the old one had some boot sector error, but I'm not sure if it would be better to get a 2.5" internal to plug into this cage, or an out-of-the-box external.
Also, any brands in particular that anyone would recommend?
