I appologize up front, as this sounds kinda dumb, but how should I set my CRT monitor's brightness and contrast? I mean I know HOW to do it of course, just not what settings I should use. I'm not getting headaches or anything, but considering the amount of time I sit at a computer, I want to make sure I'm not frying my eyeballs or some shit
