Opinions?

So i'm planning on socking away some cash for a HTPC. Any sugguestions on this list on what you would do differently? I know the case it a little pricey but it fits my media center so i'm willing to fork out a couple extra bucks for it.  Also, yeah i'm lacking a video card, but from what I read up on the onboard its more than sufficient for what I plan on doing with it for the time being.
