Can't Upload shit.

I just moved to an apartment in a gated community. It has Embarq Corp interwebs. 5down 8up according to speedtest.net

But I cannot upload anything through bittorrent, imageshack, facebook, etc.

How do I fix if it is on my end? If not I have to call and complain dont I?

You can't upload to imageshack? Wat. At first by just reading the bittorent comment thought it was you not forwarding ports. But yeah you should call up Embarq and ask them what is up.
