Thanks in advance for any info.

What I'm wondering is if anyone could briefly explain specs of a hard drive and what/why they matter.

I understand SATA and Capacity obviously but what does RPM matter and what does Cache, Seek Time, and Latency mean?

I'm using Vista x64, can I burn a recovery disc for a Vista x32 system?
