Can't post images on the image boards

Dear /tech/no-wizards, I seem to be having a strange problem with 4chan's image boards. I am able to post replies so long as they don't have an image attached, attaching an image simply sends me to a page saying "INDEX UPDATED" instead of "POST SUCCESSFUL" and then I get directed back to the board's main page instead of noko'ing gracefully back into the thread.

What have I broke?

click the  "submit" button instead of "delete".
