CCFL Backlight Lamp Replacement

Alright, after testing out the Inverter and CCFL Backlight Lamp, CCFL is dead for my friend old HP ZV5000 laptop.  Now, I have never worked with replacing a CCFL lamp for a laptop.  Would I need to Soldering to replace it?  Where could I get a replacement CCFL Backlight Lamp for a good price?  How hard is it to replace a CCFL Backlight Lamp?
