Another faggot with 4chan B& problems

Got a one day B& for accidentally mentioning AnonT@lk on 4chan (didn't know it was a B& offense).

Tried to get back on today, and get an error saying I need to speak to a mod on  #4chan @ irc.rizon.net

Never done IRC before. Downloaded X-Chat Aqua and can't seem to connect... What do I do next?
