Windows 7 RC incredibly fucking slow install

How fucking long is this bitch gonna take? God damn.

Format it first, it makes it much faster!

Hmm, no boot.ini and I keep getting NTLDR unless the install disc is in the drive.

Umm... mine too all of about 20-30 mins.

I ran the DVD off an external USB drive and it was sloooow. I'd say the longest part is when Windows is copying over and uncompressing files even before you get the option to unstall/repair. It worked well for me for two days but then refused to boot. After running the repair tool it told me the Windows 7 registry was corrupt and could not be fixed. I'm just glad I kept my old vista partition.
