VIP-Quality?

I made a post, and then it said "THAT WAS VIP QUALITY!" and I was like '... what?' then went away before I was able to read the rest. What does all of it say? and what does it mean?

amazing, I've gotten "VIP QUALITY!" from this thread and took a screenshot to read it. you can just ignore this now.
