The Journeyman Project Turbo

I'm having an error on an old Win95 game that I'm trying to install on my XP box. The game is "The Journeyman Project Turbo" and the error shows up within about 10 seconds after trying to load the game; "MCI Error: The Device Driver not ready"

The game is being run with compatibility set to Win95/Run in 256 colors/Run in 640x480

How can I correct this error and properly run this old game?
