path to windows logoff/shutdown dialog

hey /tech/ what is the path to the windows logoff/shutdown dialogs?

or, is it possible to, say, create an object on the desktop that, when clicked executes these dialogs?

I think that is a function of login.exe . I am not certain if this is correct.
