C521+New PSU

I just got a C521, but the specs seem pretty weak. I was thinking about getting a new gpu, and the 9600gt seems to be pretty sweet. The only problem is that the low profile version that I'm looking at requires a PSU of 400w.

The C521 comes with a 280w PSU which is weak. Are there any power supplies out there that'll fit in a C521?

Another option is case swapping, although the C521 is a micro-BTX case which might make it hard to transfer parts.
