bugged cellphones

Is it possible that every picture we take on our new 3G cellular phones is being sent to some intelligence service database? What do you think, Anonymous?
Do you know anyone who've tried analyzing the cellular phones signal? If yes, then link me please.

There was an article on Slashdot a couple days ago about how some busineses use cell phones' regular signalling to track the movement of persons within a building. Not supposed to be implemented on a wide scale yet, but I would't be surprised if governmental types were very interested.
