Windows reboot logon error

How to repair my windows :( ?
When I start my laptop and the loading screen shows, after load, my laptop reboot again and again and again and again. I put windows disk into cd and I don't have option like "repair" or something.
Is there any option except reinstalling?

Try to press F8 during boot and select the "last known good" (or whatever it's called) configuration. Or try to restore a system rescue point or whatever that shit is called.

If all that fails you're better off reinstalling that piece of junk.

More likely to be a hardware issue.
