LAPTOP PRETTY FUCKED UP halp!!!

its exactly what it sounds like my laptop rite now had trouble just turning on at first and now its not turning on at all and yes the battery and plug work fine. what is wrong

I could be wrong but I think it might be broken.

yea i just a more technical answer as to how fried cpu? we bought it over ebay it was working for a while a couple months
