i want to create an taser glove

ive done a little research on tasers and figure that it is quite possible to create a glove with the functionality of a taser. im no electrical engineer and decided to see if you guys could help me make this thing

so i looked into this flyswater thing and the most volts i can get with just the swater is 1500 volts and the typical taser uses 20000-150000 volts come now chaners we need to find a soulution to this problem
