Power Calibration Failed?

I've been trying to burn some CDs for work and as of lately I've been getting a "power calibration failed" note and the laptop just pretty much eats the CDs, rendering them useless.

I've used burrrn and windows media player to make CDs. Any suggestions as to solving this problem?

You can try a lens cleaning disk but 99% probability that your drive is toast. Sorry.
