Sony SNC-P1 Security Network Camera

Well, I just got a Sony SNC-P1 Security Network Camera from a pawnshop, and it didn't come with any instructions. Now, I'm not to computer-savy, so I don't really know how to get it to work. I already downloaded the IP Setup Program for the camera, but I keep on getting an error... How can I get this camera to work?

everytime i open up a folder on my desktop, i get an error message saying that windows explorer has encountered a problem, does anyone know what this could be??
