Can't save pics in Vista IE

Whenever I try to it says "Access is Denied"...anyone know what the problem could be? I need my fap material!!!

I know what the problem is but a) I don't know the English terminology and b) I don't care much about Vista, so I'm having trouble explaining what the problem is. Basically IE is running on a low-trust level and that's why you get "Access denied".

Use another browser. Any fucking browser _but_ IE.
